1. What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before?
a) rock climbing
b) staying single for the longest time since i was 16 years old
(ok, my life in year 2009 is boring but i’m not complaining)
i’m sure there were other firsts in 2009 but nothing worth mentioning.
2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
did not make any new year’s resolutions in 2009. and may not make any in 2010.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
no. but a student of mine experienced a second birth.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
no. but *baby megan’s passing away affected me somehow.

5. What countries did you visit?
indonesia – jakarta, bandung & jogjakarta.
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
greater love for others

none. told you, my life in year 2009 is boring.

having taught my students the best that i can and being appreciated in return.

car – out of necessity

yes. but i choose to forgive, and still am forgiving… 70×7.

captivating by john & stasi eldredge. i’ve read it before a couple of years back. but this time round, my heart was more receptive towards what God has to say through the book.

i won’t say it’s my favourite film but district 9 left an eerily lasting impression.

i think it was around chinese new year, so my relatives came over to our place. i was 33.

i’m loving my leggings and oversized t-shirts.

God and close friends.

when you make a mistake, repent and move on. God and others are bound to forget it, so should you.
